Dear colleagues

May you all be safe and healthy.

We've been dealing with the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic that has changed almost every lifestyle. Struggling in this “New Normal” cannot stop us from continuing the evolutionary journey of surgery with the hope of curing colorectal disease.

And the organizing committee decided to hold the 9th Asian Robot Camp for colorectal surgeons in Daegu from October 15-17, 2020. Considering the current situation, it will be partially conducted as a virtual meeting, but we will do our best to make a seamless connection with you.

As a river runs through it, we have to catch up with the wave of technologies in surgery. Particularly at this conference, we are pleased to share the experiences of many prominent surgeons with the new platform of surgical robot. In addition to live surgery, great videos and informative lectures, ARCCS has delighted you with free friendships and exciting entertainment pleasures. You'll miss all of this time, but you'll feel we're all tightly connected.

We sincerely look forward to the next meeting where everyone can participate and enjoy in person.

Please join us Once again, stay safe! Thank you.

Sincerely yours.

Director of ARCCS, Gyu-Seog Choi
